NATURAL REMEDIES FOR GALLSTONES REMOVAL

REMEDIES FOR GALLSTONES

Gallstones, also known as cholelithiasis, are hard deposits that form inside the gallbladder, a small organ located behind the liver on the right side of the abdomen. Gallstones can range in size from smaller than a grain of sand to a larger one than a golf ball.

The causes

Pregnancy, obesity, diabetes, liver disease, a sedentary lifestyle, a diet high in fat, and some forms of anemia are some of the risk factors for gallstones. People over 60 years of age, women and people of Amerindian or Hispanic origin have a higher risk of gallstones.

The symptoms

Many people develop gallstones and never know it. But when a calculus obstructs the bile duct, it can cause symptoms such as sudden onset of intense pain especially in the right side of the abdomen, backache, nausea or vomiting, bloating, indigestion, chills and stools of clay color. The pain caused by gallstones can last from minutes to hours.

Natural Treatments

Gallstones can cause a lot of pain and should be treated immediately. So consult your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. There are several natural remedies too that you can use to prevent and treat gallstones.

Apple cider vinegar

The acidic nature of apple cider vinegar stops the liver producing cholesterol that is responsible for the formation of the most common type of gallstones. It also plays a key role in the dissolution of gallstones and relieves pain.
You must add two teaspoons of cider vinegar and a teaspoon of lemon juice in a glass of warm water and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
Doing it regularly for 2 weeks can dissolve gallstones and prevent pain.

Lemon

Another good ingredient to keep gallstone strains under control is lemon juice. It stops the production of cholesterol, which contributes to a faster recovery. Pectin in lemon juice is supposed to help get rid of gallbladder pain attributed to stones.
In addition, vitamin C in lemon juice makes cholesterol more soluble in water, which promotes faster disposal of waste.
Drink freshly squeezed juice from 2 lemons in a glass of warm, fasting water daily on an empty stomach. Continue this treatment for a week or more if necessary

Carrots

When you have cholelithiasis, it is essential to reduce fried and fatty foods. For a week or two, follow a strict diet based on fruits and vegetables. A mixed vegetable juice made from beet root, cucumber and carrots is a good remedy for gallstones.
Beet helps cleanse the liver and strengthens the gall bladder.
The high water content of cucumber is great for detoxifying the liver and gallbladder.
Carrots are rich in vitamin C and other nutrients that are good for the immune system.
  • Extract the juice from a beetroot root, a cucumber and four carrots of medium size.
  • Mix them and drink this juice twice a day.
Follow this remedy for two weeks and you will notice a great improvement in your condition.
