There are some excellent natural ingredients which we can use to get thick , dense and shiny hair.

Natural Ingredients To Improve Your Hair Density:

1. Fenugreek Seeds

We all know the goodness of Fenugreek seeds for hair. It contains anti oxidants which helps to fight free radicals and protect the hair from external damage. Fenugreek seeds help to strengthen the hair follicles and combat the dryness. It also takes care of itchy scalp and dandruff flakes. You can soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds over night and grind it into a smooth paste in the morning. Add a spoon of yogurt and mix well. Apply this mask on your scalp and hair . Let it sit for 20 minutes. Wash off after wards with mild shampoo and condition. You can follow this remedy once in a week.

2. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is a magical ingredient for our hair as well as for our skin. It helps to moisturize the hair and improve its density. It contains natural nutrients which helps to improve the overall health of your hair. You can apply the fresh aloe vera gel on your scalp and hair. Leave it for at least one hour or over night. Wash off with cold water after ward. You can follow this remedy twice in a week.

3. Olive Oil

A nice relaxing hot oil massage can do wonders for your hair. Especially when you are using olive oil. Olive oil contains high amount of anti oxidants and fatty acids. It helps to deep condition your hair and improve its density naturally. Apart from this it also protect the hair from external damage. Just warm two tablespoon of olive oil and massage into your scalp and hair for at least 15 minutes. Wash off after wards with mild shampoo and condition. You can follow this olive oil massage every time before you shampoo your hair.

4. Henna

Many people swear by henna as it helps to condition the hair and also add a light tint to your hair. Apart from this it also helps to improve the hair density and give volume to your hair. To prepare the henna mask you would need one cup of a henna powder, one egg yolk, one tablespoon of yogurt and one tablespoon of lemon juice. You can also add two tablespoons of brewed black tea in it. Mix all the ingredients well and apply on scalp as well as hair. Keep it for 30 minutes and wash off afterwards with mild shampoo.

5. Gelatin

Gelatin also helps a lot to improve the hair density and give volume to the hair. It is very beneficial for healthy growth  of your hair. You would need two tablespoons of gelatin and with it with water. Now add one teaspoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of aloe vera juice. Mix it well and apply on the scalp. Let it sit for one hour. Wash off after wards with cold water. You can follow this remedy once in a week.

6. Onion

Last but not the least. Onion is also an excellent ingredient to address most of your hair concerns. It helps to improve the hair texture and its density naturally. You would need to extract a fresh juice from onion. Now add one tablespoon of honey and one tablespoon of honey to it. Mix it well and apply on your scalp. Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash off after wards with mild shampoo and condition.
