1. Spinach and Beetroot Juice:

To make this juice, first wash a cup of spinach leaves thoroughly and put it in a blender. Then add small cut pieces of beetroot to the blender. Add a little water and blend until smooth. Add a piece of ginger and a few drops of honey and blend it well once again. Serve fresh, and you can add an ice cube to the extract to make it refreshing.

 2. Orange And Apple Cider Vinegar Juice:

Oranges have rich sources of Vitamin C and folate in them, and they are very beneficial for lowering your cholesterol levels. You can alternate this with Apple Cider vinegar for best results as they are known for their acetic properties and can keep the cholesterol levels in check. Peel of an orange and place them in a blender. Mix a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar to it.  For added results, you can add a small piece of ginger to this mixture and blend well. This juice will be more efficient when had on an empty stomach before breakfast.

They are also rich in potassium and can be very beneficial in bringing down the cholesterol levels and in maintaining the blood pressure. Cucumber can be had in its raw form. It would be even better to have it in a juice format. Peel a cucumber of its skin and cut in small pieces before putting into the blender. They are also loaded with anti-oxidants and help a great deal in controlling appetite and easing digestion. Cut the green apple into small pieces and place them in a blender. Instead of water add a cup of green tea and a few drops of honey to the blender. Blend well and serve fresh. When adding green tea, ensure that it is not hot and it is cooled down. This juice can even be refrigerated and can be consumed later.

5. Apple With Lemon Juice:

6. Pear And Ginger Juice:

Pears are delicious fruits loaded with antioxidants, minerals and dietary fiber. They have one of the lowest calorie content in them and are extremely good towards your digestive system. They are also beneficial in weight loss and can be useful for lowering the cholesterol levels naturally due to its abundant fiber substance. While making the juice, do not peel the skin, as the skin of a pear contains half of the nutrition values. Cut the pear into small pieces and place it in a blender/extractor. Then add a piece of ginger to it and blend well. For better results, you can add a few drops of honey to the mixture and blend well to get a concentrated juice extract. The juice very beneficial if had early in the morning before breakfast.
