It occurs when bowel movements become less frequent and stools become difficult to pass. It happens most often due to changes in diet or routine, or due to inadequate intake of fiber. You should call your doctor if you have severe pain, blood in your stools, or constipation that lasts longer than three weeks.
1.Put a liter of water in a pot and put to boil
2.Dice 1/4 portion of a medium sized cabbage and pour into the pot.
3.Allow to boil for 10/15 minutes
4.Bring down and allow to cool.
